Mary is Writingmomof3 and blogs at The Writer’s Block. Her blog’s tagline is where faith, family, food, and fatigue collide. “That sums up the gist of my blog and my life, really,” she says.
Having been a stay-at-home mom for seven years, Mary decided to give freelance writing a try when her first child turned one. Since then, Mary has written and edited various types of non-fiction materials, including youth Sunday school curriculum, website copy, and marketing materials. She began blogging with regularity in 2008.
“I can’t remember a time when I didn’t love Jesus,” Mary says of her childhood Christian home. She is an active member of her church where she has worked in all facets of children’s, youth, and women’s ministry for twenty years.
Mary and her husband, Chris, live in Nashville with their daughter and identical twin sons.
“I look forward to working with Faithful Bloggers. I can’t wait to meet many of our readers at Blissdom. I hope to hear from those that I don’t get to meet face-to-face.”
